Before you start

You can use this service to report a non-emergency repair for a council property, including communal areas.

• You need a UK mobile phone number or email address to request the repair online.
• You should only report one problem at a time.

What is an emergency?

Repairs are an emergency if they could:

• be dangerous to your or others' health and safety
• cause serious damage and destruction to the property

Examples of emergency repairs include:

• collapsing floor
• collapsing ceiling
• water leaking onto electrics
